  • The drive units are fully preserved in KTL against oxidation as standard.

Nowadays, we want everything to go faster and it can!!

We developed the Cargo Floor Power Speed system for this that can, if required, unload the cargo of a 13.6 m semitrailer in approximately three minutes.

This sliding floor system is based on our standard CF500 SLC drive unit, but deviates regarding a few issues. You need:

  • A larger pump: ≥ 180 l/minute 
  • Larger pipes
  • More bolts to fasten the profile
  • HD (heavy duty) cylinders

 We also recommend providing the sliding floor system with the following profiles to guarantee a longer service life:

NOTE!
If you want to install this system in a semitrailer, you must take the semitrailer/frame structure into consideration: this must be able to withstand the higher dynamic forces.
