This ‘intermediate’ profile (between 6 and 10 mm) has the same shape and properties as the standard 6 mm profile. The only difference is the thickness and therefore more stability is created for a more intensive use. The risk of deformation of the profile because of impact or because a forklift truck is driven over it will be reduced. If you can or want to bridge the weight increase, we definitely recommend this moving floor profile.

The heavy duty all-rounder

Impact resistance, can be driven on and is wear resistant: nothing is too much for this profile. It has the same functional values as the 6 mm standard profile, but this moving floor profile can, however, resist basically any product or machine that you may want to transport.

a heavy duty profile

Cargo Floor profiel 795208This profile has an extremely high impact resistance because of the two raised round side sections. The special round form ensures that the profile is easy to clean. Wet and dusty products will flow back to the "bowl shaped channel" and therefore moisture, mud and dust can be easily drained to the outside, basically cannot leak through the floor and the seal is protected. This moving floor profile is less suitable for transporting pallets and packaged products.

The nicely rounded forms ensure that it is easy to clean the profile and the dusty wet and dusty products will flow back into what is referred to as channels. Moisture, mud and dust will also be drained away easily to the outside with regard to this profile and the profile will basically not leak through the floor and therefore the seal will also be protected. The profile is less suitable for transporting pallets and packaged products.

This Xtreme Heavy Duty Impact aluminium floor profile has been developed as an alternative for steel floor profiles with an even better impact resistance, better sealing and being more interesting from a price perspective. It is the world's most robust aluminium moving floor of its kind. This profile has an extremely high impact resistance because of the three raised round contours and the profile can be easily cleaned because of the round forms. Wet and dusty products will flow back to the "bowl-shaped channels" and therefore moisture, mud and dust can be easily drained to the outside and basically cannot leak through the floor. The seal will be co-protected because of this. The profile is, however, less suitable for the transport of pallets and packaged goods. They must be loaded and unloaded using a forklift truck!
