If you are a (potential) supplier or another client, your personal data is also required to enter into and execute any agreements we may have. This is required with regard to procurement to ensure that we can let you know which specifications or preferences a specific issue or service must meet in our opinion, in order to send a quotation request or to place an order, to ensure we can pay your invoices and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about other aspects of these agreements.
