The CF3LP-Speedster, is available in various floor versions:
- The 12/200 configuration: the new standard, with weight and distribution of moving surface reaching its optimum.
- The well-known: 15/160 a surprisingly versatile configuration.
Subdeck
The LP series uses a subfloor profile to create a fully watertight floor. It can be mounted effortlessly on either a steel or an aluminium subfloor, and can be easily screwed - or nailed - to the subfloor, outside the waterproof section. Welding is almost unnecessary, as the subfloor profiles are simply pushed together and sealed with silicone sealant.

Solid plastic guides are mounted on the subdeck, which can be clicked over the subfloor profiles from above.

Our innovative solution makes it easy to weld our special subdeck profile directly onto an aluminium trailer floor, while for steel trailer floors, the aluminium subdeck profile can be seamlessly attached to a steel tube with pop rivets. With plank divisions such as 12/200 or 15/160, we offer flexibility, while our 10 mm strong deck slats are uniform and interchangeable with slide-in subdeck profiles.
The 10 mm thick Heavy Duty floor profile is specially designed for the Leak Proof and Leak Resist applications of the Cargo Floor system. The shape of the profile ensures that it cannot rise. A channel between the moving profiles is present so that cleaning with high-pressure cleaner is possible.
The total configuration: subdeck, guideway and deck lath, ensures the highest resistance to impact.
The CF3LP-Speedster is not suitable for transporting fine material and pallets.
