The Floor Structure

Subdeck

Our innovative subdeck forms a fully watertight floor and can be mounted effortlessly on steel or alu chassis, can be easily screwed/nailed to the subfloor. Minimal welding as the subfloor profiles are simply pushed together and sealed with silicone sealant.

Bearing

Blue solid plastic bearing is fitted to the subdeck -beneath the moving floor deckslat - which can be clicked over the watertight subdeck profiles from above.

Deckslat

The aluminum moving floor deckslat that is mounted on the subdeck and bearing and our 10 mm thick Heavy Duty deckslats are uniform and interchangeable with slide-in subdeck profiles.
