Important information with regard to the supplied parts

You have purchased from us an original quality part for your Cargo Floor moving sliding floor or CargoMatic, the logistics solution.

Cargo Floor B.V. stands for quality and reliability of its transport systems. We also want to safeguard these when supplying parts. Cargo Floor B.V. therefore only supplies new original quality parts.

 

No overhaul and/or exchange of faulty parts

 

The prices for our parts has been determined in such a way that a possible overhaul or exchange system makes no sense when compared to the costs that would be incurred such as:

  • Research costs (possible rejection)
  • Repair costs
  • Administration costs (including within your organisation)
  • Packaging costs (including within your organisation)
  • Shipment costs (including within your organisation)

The faulty part does not have to be returned to us unless agreed otherwise.

Guarantee claim

If you have submitted a claim under the guarantee and this part was supplied due to this, the details must be processed in accordance with the guarantee provisions or the mutual agreement with Cargo Floor.

Guarantee claims must always be submitted in advance. Guarantee claims that are submitted afterwards cannot be honoured!

Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within eight days. Cargo Floor does its very best to guarantee quality. In the unlikely event that you should have received a damaged or faulty part, you can submit your claim/complaint here.
