CF100 SLL

This compact unique lightweight Cargo Floor sliding floor system has been developed especially for simple integration into power cars, trailers, containers and swap bodies: where weight and low integration dimensioning are key!

  • The drive units are fully preserved in KTL against oxidation as standard.

  • Drive unit at the same crossbeam height of the semitrailer chassis.

  • Double chromed solid piston rods.

  • Standard high-pressure feed-line filter.

  • Passivated hydraulic pipes.

  • The control valve is installed outside the chassis as standard and can therefore be easily reached.

  • All valves/cylinders are protected against dirt from the road.

  • Common-rail technology.

A few characteristics:
  • Lowest integration height possible in combination with an 80 mm crossbeam.
  • Extremely low deadweight of the drive unit.
  • Floor speed of 0 - 2.5 m/minute.
  • The complete hydraulic drive is only driven mechanically/hydraulically.
  • Can be very easily and quickly integrated because the cylinders, pipes and valves are preinstalled in a compact frame.
  • The floor structure is the same as the standard Cargo Floor 'sliding floor' system.
  • The subframe does not have to be used and the hydraulic drive can be integrated into your own structure (for example, aluminium/composite).
  • Maximum volume is achievable.
  • Suitable as an autonomous metering bunker.
  • Maximum load: 20 tonnes.
  • Maximum floor length: 9,000 mm.
